Scholarships and Fellowships
Financial aid is available for students pursuing a doctorate.
Fellowships, scholarships, teaching assistantships, and graduate
research assistantships are awarded on a competitive basis.The Aptitude
Test of the Graduate Record Examination is required of candidates for
admission to the department and for financial aid; the Advanced Tests
are recommended. The priority application deadline for
admission to the doctoral program and for financial aid for the fall
term is December 1.
