Faculty and Administrative Mediators
While most of you know whom to talk to and/or where to go with questions or issues, we want to make sure everyone knows that, frequently, the best place to start is in the APAM Department.
When issues concern more personal matters or matters that involve other students or a faculty or staff member, the best person to see is either Professor Michael Mauel or Ms. Dina Amin. They are both prepared to help you as first-step faculty/administrative mediators. Sometimes just talking - confidentially - is all that's needed. Further, it's been our experience that when we know about problems early on, we can resolve them more easily - and keep an eye on them, and/or direct you to someone else.
